This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the parts department, supporting customers, handling enquiries and helping ensure technicians have the parts they need.

Key Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the telephone and via email

• Supporting showroom sales and handling product enquiries

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts to customers and technicians

• Receiving deliveries and assisting with loading and unloading stock

• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the department

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates with previous parts experience or a background in a related industry. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role

• Experience within the automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural or machinery sectors

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Good IT skills, with confidence using systems and email

• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment

• A proactive and professional approach

• A full UK driving licence
