This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous parts experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the department, supporting a small team, assisting customers and ensuring technicians have the parts they need.

Key Responsibilities

As a Parts Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department

• Supporting and motivating the parts team to maintain high standards and achieve targets

• Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the telephone and via email

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts to customers and technicians

• Managing stock levels, deliveries and inventory accuracy

• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records

• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Supporting showroom sales and handling product enquiries

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates with previous parts experience and the confidence to support a team. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor or in a similar position

• A background in automotive, plant, HGV, agricultural or machinery environments

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills

• A proactive and professional approach

• A full UK driving licence
