Key Responsibilities

As Catering Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team and will:

• Head up a team of chefs, catering assistants and team leaders.
• Deliver a friendly, welcoming experience to guests.
• Ensuring the dining room is running correctly.
• Working within a large scale dining environment.
• You will be looking after all financial aspects of the catering operations, ensuring the function remains within budget and all other back office work.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced kitchen leader with:

• Experience as a Catering Supervisor or Catering Manager in a mid-to-large scale dining environment
• Experience with food mass production
• Strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills
• Level 3+ Food Safety and Allergen Management qualifications
