We’re recruiting for a Cleaner to join an established facilities team in Evesham, working within a secure prison environment. This role offers a stable, long-term position with structured working patterns and ongoing development.

As a Cleaner, you’ll support the day-to-day cleanliness and maintenance of the site, helping to ensure a safe, clean and compliant environment in Evesham.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Cleaner role, you will:

• Provide cleaning services across the site to contractual standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness across buildings and communal areas
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and correctly
• Control stock levels and order consumables when required
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed in line with Health & Safety procedures
• Support the wider facilities team where required
• Work within strict Health & Safety procedures in a prison environment

What we’re looking for:

To be successful as a Cleaner, you should have:

• Previous cleaning experience within large buildings or commercial sites
• Experience using cleaning chemicals and machinery safely
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a secure prison environment
