We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing business in Poole, Dorset.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key client accounts
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and margin
• Provide tailored product recommendations
• Conduct pricing reviews and support commercial decision-making
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, sourcing, branding)
• Support clients with planning, forecasting, and product selection
• Ensure a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction
• This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role-not just reactive account handling.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Client Relationship Manager in Poole, Dorset you’ll need:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales and customer-focused roles
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
• Proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
