Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Community day Service in Warrington and has an opportunity for Connect Hub Manager join their supportive team on a temporary basis. There is an option for permanent position for the right candidate.

Our client, Community day service in Warrington is looking for Connect Hub Manager. You will need to have social enterprise background and experience running profitable schemes. You will manage the team of and recovery support workers and catering staff and build/ develop the hub. This position will last minimum 2 months however they are open to possible temp-perm option if someone was interested applying for the permanent position.

What’s involved?

• Capable of effectively managing a diverse team of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the provision of top-tier social work services to children and families
• prior experience working with children and young people is advantageous, but not mandatory
• prior experience in budget management is desirable but not a requirement
• Strong organisational and time management skills are required
• A positive outgoing disposition and real ‘can-do’ approach
