Key Responsibilities
You’ll play an important part in ensuring customer accounts are effectively managed by:
- Managing outstanding customer balances and reducing overdue debt.
- Building positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
- Resolving invoice queries quickly by working with internal departments.
- Maintaining accurate account records and payment information.
- Producing regular reports and monitoring aged debt.
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks where required.
- Ensuring company procedures and financial controls are followed at all times.
What we’re looking for

- Previous experience within credit control.
