Key Responsibilities:
As an ERP Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve the way their businesses operate.
- Manage ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live
- Analyse, design and re-engineer business processes
- Gather and document customer requirements
- Design system functionality to meet individual business needs
- Configure and implement new ERP modules
- Support system testing and resolve issues
- Deliver customer training and provide go-live support
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout each implementation
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of business processes who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation, consultancy or a similar role
- Experience of business process analysis, design or re-engineering
- Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with customers
- Comfortable supporting testing, training and go-live activities
- Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple projects
- A genuine interest in technology and improving business processes
