Key Responsibilities:

As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Account Support team
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and processes
• Oversee escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Manage workload across the team to maintain service levels
• Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Support order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling
• This is a “lead from the front” role, combining people management with operational involvement.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and operational experience:

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in customer service, account support, or internal sales
• Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems (advantageous)
