Key Responsibilities:
As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:
- Manage and develop the Internal Account Support team to achieve targets
- Conduct regular one-to-ones and provide coaching and feedback
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Oversee customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Delegate and manage workload effectively across the team
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support order processing and maintain service level agreements
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and operational experience:
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to motivate others
- Organised and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous
