As a Parts Advisor in Boston, you’ll be at the heart of the operation-supporting customers, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the department across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in daily operations:

• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, telephone, and email
• Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
• Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
• Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Parts Advisor, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
• Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• A proactive and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
