Key Responsibilities

As Chef De Partie you will be:

• Working in a busy, high volume kitchen were you are cooking for 900+ (this inlcludes day students, boarders, teaching and support staff).
• Cooking on any station – flexibility to cook in different sections.
• Cooking all fresh produce on site at a high quality level.
• Being involved in events at the private school.
• Working on a rotational rota in between the kitchens operating hours of 06:00 – 20:00

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Chef De Partie with:

• Experience as an Chef or Cook in a mid-to-large scale dining environment
• Good knowledge of all sections
• Excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Training
