We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover the Slough area, offering up to £38,000, a company van and a monthly bonus scheme. Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll travel to customer locations across your allocated area, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while providing a professional and reliable service.
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer locations
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify repair requirements
- Carry out preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Manage your own daily workload and travel schedule
- Order parts through approved company accounts
- Complete all work safely and to a high standard
- Participate in an on-call rota where required
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced automotive professional who is confident working independently and enjoys a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Car Mechanic, Light Vehicle Technician or Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on cars and/or vans
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota where required
