Vehicle Technician – Croydon | Up to £41,000 + Monthly Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a fixed-site workshop in Croydon, offering Monday-to-Friday working, up to £41,000 salary and a monthly bonus scheme worth up to £500. Key Responsibilities:

As a Vehicle Technician in Croydon, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles at a fixed workshop, using your technical experience to keep vehicles safe, reliable and ready for use.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify repair requirements
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Work safely and efficiently within the workshop
• Manage your own workload while working independently

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with a strong vehicle background who is confident working independently in a workshop environment.

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic or Light Vehicle Technician
• Strong experience working with cars and/or vans
• Good mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working as a lone worker
• Able to organise and prioritise your own workload
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused
• Happy to work a 7:00am start when required
