Office Assistant & Receptionist – What’s involved?

We’re seeking a warm, proactive, and highly organised office assistant to join our team. This role is fully office-based

You’ll work closely with the Manager, providing support across office operations, front-of-house, travel, onboarding, and shared admin processes.

You’ll also support key HR coordination tasks, gaining hands-on experience in onboarding, inductions, and employee lifecycle administration.

This is a high-visibility, varied role that offers plenty of scope to take ownership and make it your own, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things and thrives in a people-facing environment.

You will be well presented, confident communicator who is a team player, organised, proactive & works well under pressure, who is a multi-tasker & takes pride in there everyday duties & responsibilities.
