Career

Barbara has always had a passion for music. She started singing when she was just 6 years old, She has performed on stages all over Europe, and she even studied music research in Austria.

After a few years, Barbara decided to move on to a new challenge with a UK tech company, working as SME for the German market. Barbara’s fluency in German gave her a golden ticket into the recruitment industry with a software recruitment firm.

Today, Barbara works within the education division at Platinum, helping people find jobs in nurseries, schools and universities, and connecting clients with the talent they need to make their establishments thrive.

“I’m a busy person. I have so many things I love to do. Most of my days are spent practising singing. When I’m not singing, I’m usually playing the piano or practising yoga. I love the way yoga helps me to relax and centre myself.

On the weekends, I love spending time outdoors with my friends and family. There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by nature and feeling the peace and tranquillity of the outdoors.”
