Career

At 18, Neil began his recruitment career in London for a specialist search consultancy. Like most seasoned recruiters, a career in the industry was never planned but fate has a wonderful way of making things work.

He then climbed the ladder into management and regional management for what became the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK. After seven successful years, Neil took a big step and set up his own recruitment business. Fast forward 20 years and Neil has worked nationally and internationally for some of the largest automotive companies in the world.

Today, Neil brings his extensive experience, knowledge and connections to Platinum’s industrial division.

Social

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my four children and amazing wife. I love being a dad and when not engaging in a debate with my tween son or playing dad’s taxi, I can be found at the gym with my daughter.

My passion is fishing. I love spending time by a lake or river, casting my line and waiting for a bite. I’ve even caught a few big ones!
